Experience
Prior to joining KGC, Tina was overseeing learning excellence and the analysis of direct measures of performance at Emeritus. Tina created and managed an eLearning team responsible for transforming instructor-led training to simulation learning at Optum360, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. She designed high-impact training programs at Thomson Reuters and implemented course revision strategies aimed at improving performance and increasing revenue for the Legal, Tax and Accounting business groups. For over a decade, Tina designed accredited, competency-based degree programs at Capella University and supported the DEI office in studying data related to factors impacting the academic performance of minority students. Tina was an English professor at Kansas State University, the University of Wisconsin and the University of Minnesota.
